Send an NFT as a gift in Telegram
A sealed card lands in the chat, sent from your own account. Whoever taps it first gets the NFT — and opening it needs no wallet and no seed phrase. That is the part every other gifting flow gets wrong: it asks a stranger to set up a wallet before they know what they have won.
Two kinds of gift
Buy one to give away, or hand over something already in your wallet. The card in the chat looks the same; what happens underneath does not.
Buy one to give away
Pay the mint price in TON or Telegram Stars. The artwork is drawn and set aside straight away, so the gift is real before it is sent. Whoever opens it mints it for free.
Hand over one you own
Sign a single transfer and the NFT waits in escrow while the card sits in the chat. The winner claims it — nothing is minted, the token simply moves. Costs you the network fee, about 0.12 TON for the whole trip.
Nothing gets lost
If nobody opens the card within 24 hours, the gift comes back to whoever paid for it. Opened but never claimed, it returns after three hours. Gifts do not expire while they sit unsent.
Sent from you, not from a bot

Why receiving needs no wallet
Opening a gift is decided in our database, not by the message. The card carries no secret and no link that grants anything, so a copied or faked card is worth nothing. That means the person receiving it can simply tap — and connect a wallet later, when they actually want the NFT in their own hands.
It also means the card can be dropped into a group. The first tap wins, everyone else sees that it has been claimed, and nobody had to prepare anything beforehand. A gift that requires the recipient to install software first is not a gift; it is homework.

Does the receiver need a TON wallet?
Not to open the gift. A wallet is only needed when they want the NFT itself, and they can connect one whenever they like.
Can I give away an NFT I already own?
Yes. You sign one transfer, the token is held while the card waits, and it returns to you automatically if nobody opens it within 24 hours.
What does it cost?
A bought gift costs the mint price in TON or Stars. Handing over one you own costs the network fee, roughly 0.12 TON. Receiving costs nothing, ever.
Can I send it to a group?
Yes — first to tap wins. Or address it to one person, and only they can open it.
What if nobody opens it?
